All of our cottages come completely finished and delivered to your site.  Yes, with the exception of floor materials, everything else is done including kitchen appliances, doors and windows, light fixtures, paint...even down to the base boards!  Our team will build your foundation for you and then oversee and complete the delivery and placement of your cottage on the foundation.  Also delivered to your site is ALL the remaining materials needed for you or your contractor to finish off the exterior.  This includes siding, roofing, gutters, and paint...even down to the necessary nails!  Or, for an additional fee, take advantage of our full turnkey service of completing the entire project for you!  Below is a partial list of what is included in each cottage, depending on the finish level selected.
