Frequently Asked Questions
A HybridCore Home results from “marrying” a Core with traditionally constructed builder-added areas. Specifically,
1. The Core is a stick-built structure that contains:

2. The builder-added areas connect with the Core. These include dry areas such as living rooms, bedrooms, garages, and patios.

Our manufacturer builds the Core in an off-site, indoor environment, according to our proprietary, patent-pending process that ensures unsurpassed quality and value. After the Core arrives at your construction site, your firm’s craftsmen traditionally construct the builder-added areas, connect them to the Core, finish the home, and prepare it for sale.
